Super excited to have been published in Vol.1 of India BUSINESS OF FASHION Report 2013 Images Yearbook! Cannot thank my fantastic photographers enough for all their hard work, support, dedication and creativity. It's a lot of work and I know that. I love you guys so much for being as excited as me about all the stupid things I want to do with your talents. I hope somehow in some little way working with DSM has been worth it. Thank you again, SOO SOOOO MUCH!

Did an outfit of the week layout for Boutiika.com and they did a blogger spotlight feature on me. The outfit I picked was to be for a music festival as I just got back from Coachella and this was exactly the vibe. What do you think?

DSM in POOL Design Magazine's Annual Compilation: Press

A long time ago I was interviewed by POOL design magazine for their 3rd ever issue. After a year of incredible monthly issues POOL decided to compile it's first 12 issues into a book and hence my article is in it. So even though it's nothing new, it still gives me a kick out of knowing that DSM is now part of a real BOOK!! An actual design book with other incredible people, designers and artists from all over India. I highly recommend everyone to get a copy if you would like a cool book to add to your collection on contemporary India design industry [art, fashion, photography, furniture, etc. all included]. Will try to post a few pictures of some other's works in the book later.

For now I am just back from Coachella today on a red eye from LA and am at work with no sleep. So will get back into the grove of things in a bit. Until then, yeahieeee for being a book!!

My friend Janaki sent me a link to BBC's website a few weeks ago, where they were accepting submissions for Fashion related Pictures and I sent a few entries [more like 20...but hey...no harm trying right?].

And they actually picked one of our entries. Sooo excited!!!

Attention Attention: Please to be checking us out in TIMES OF INDIA!! *batting eyelashes*

So major stuff happened during the weekend. On Saturday March 27, Don’t Shoe Me got published on the front page of the iDiva Section of the Times of India!! *Drum roll*. For people who don’t know, Times of India is the New York Times equivalent of India. And thanks to Sonu Bohra of Fashion Bombay we were in it. I had family and friends from all over India calling me and facebook-ing me to congratulate us. And all the while I was only thinking to myself, “Did Dad actually see my pictures in that lace unitard?”…lol…

But I cannot tell you how thrilled S and I were to have been published in TIMES OF INDIA!!!!
