Cutoffs: Street Fashion

I am absolutely obsessing over Tachol's entire outfit. I love that dress with the cutoffs on the sides along with the jacket and the bag is so divine. From her hair to the red lipstick and shoes, i love it all.

Tachol is a stylist who just graduated from Parsons and is going to Thailand to work for Cosmopolitan Thailand. I am sure she will rock the world there. Good luck Tachol and stay fabulous always.
