Shorts: Vintage Levis 501 cut-offs; Lenin Shirt and Shoes: Random from Paris
How many times have I told you guys that the best part about street fashion is that I bump into amazing people randomly? While lunch-ing at Bascillico in Bandra one afternoon with my girlfriend Deblina, we spotted Arjun Khanna on the table next to us. To be honest, I didn’t know who he was until I followed him outside, took his pictures and made conversation. I am daft like that sometimes. Not cause I think I am supposed to recognize everybody in the Fashion Industry but because I really did know him from a long time ago and had just spaced out on the info.
BTW, for all who are wondering, he is a very well known Menswear Fashion Designer from India. You must must check out his website. Promise me you will. It’s the most creative website I have seen in a really long time. He has the theme of a Parisian street as his homepage with the perfect background music and “makoda” [big black ant] animation. And check out some of his work’s editorials too. Love the vintage, dreamy feel to all his stuff.
About his outfit, I guess I was just drawn to the casual yet sophisticated look. Plus I think his salt and pepper head had a lot to add. Also, I am in love with him. While taking his pictures from behind my lens, all I could think of was “Man he’s good looking!”
Thanks Arjun for posing for me. It was great bumping into you.
he has this simple but cool style!! <3
